How long will it take to see results?
If you adhere to the programme and stay as consistent as you can, within 90 days you can see incredible results. We aim for 15-30lbs down within the 12 weeks.
How many steps do I need to get?
We will set step targets for you depending on your current situation, what is realistic and what is required to get the fat loss response we're after.
Do I need to train daily?
You will be provided with a training programme and activity targets based on your current situation, what is realistic for you and what is required to get results. Every day? Likely not.
What if I'm going out for a meal and can't track my food?
We have tools and sections in the programme ready to tackle any obstacles like this. Don't worry, staying social on some level is important for many through their fat loss.
What do I need when I get started?
You won't need too much other than your commitment and adherence to the programme! The only things that you might need that you potentially don't have already are, body weight scales, digital food scales, step counter and the 'myfitnesspal' app.
Can I message my coach at any time?
Yes and they will answer every message within 24 hrs.
Will I get help on what to eat?
